4.4 Void Bets

In the case of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.

All bonuses on 1666bd carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free bets that are not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. 1666bd is not obligated to remind you of upcoming bonus expiry dates.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 1666bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

8.2 Closure by 1666bd

1666bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity or attempted fraud; identity theft or impersonation; collusion or cheating; failure to meet age or identity verification requirements; or where 1666bd suspects that continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 1666bd reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law. Account holders will be notified in advance before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining balance after fees will continue to be available for withdrawal upon reactivation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1666bd, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

1666bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 1666bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
